iPhone / iPad

Do you want to use your iPhone / iPad to send and retrieve your email?
Use the following guideline to setup your mailbox in iPhone.

You must know your POP3 (or IMAP) and SMTP setting.

Step 1

• “Touch” Setting 
• then select Mail, Contacts, Calendars

Step 2

• Click on the Add Account

Step 3

• Select Other

Step 4

• User Name must be your full email address.
• Incoming Mail Server is your POP3. 
• Just type there mail.yourdomain.com

Step 5

• Same setting for the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
• type there mail.yourdomain.com

That’s all.

 

General Guideline:

POP Account Information

• Name: My Name
• Address: MyEmail@kkboss.com
• Description: MyEmail@kkboss.com

Incoming Mail Server (POP3 or IMAP)

• Host Name: mail.kkboss.com
• User Name: MyEmail@kkboss.com
• Password: MyPassword
• POP3 Port : 110
• IMAP Port : 143

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

• Primary Server
• Host Name: mail.kkboss.com
• User Name: BLANK (This seems important)
• Passsword: BLANK
• Use SSL: OFF
• Authentication: Password
• SMTP Port: 2525 
• sometime SMTP port 2525 not working, you can try 26 or 587
