Email authentication error

If you have problem sending out email, and you received error message such as “Authentication error…”, please click on the box like the picture above in your Outlook Express. Other email software such as Microsoft Outlook, Incredimail, Eudora, etc will have something similar for you to tick.

Then click on the “Settings…” button on the right.

Make sure it is same as below.

Finally, the SMTP port must be 2525
